She led complex ERP transformations, migrating clients from fragmented systems to integrated D365 platforms for Winbro Technology Solutions, Origin Enterprises, Kibble, and specific process improvements like optimising MRP and demand planning for La Perla.

Prior to this, Mirela served as IT Manager and Executive Board Member at Cirteq Ltd, managing ERP improvements and cross-functional projects.
