Steve is an experienced ERP, change management, and operations professional with over 20 years of expertise across Manufacturing, Retail, and Not-for-Profit sectors. With a strong track record in system delivery and continuous improvement, he has led high-impact projects including global product launches and ERP transitions from SAP to Microsoft Dynamics. A certified Microsoft Technology Specialist, Steve combines hands-on implementation skills with a deep understanding of aligning business processes and systems to drive cost reduction, improve customer satisfaction, and deliver measurable ROI.
Steve has held a range of senior Dynamics 365 roles across global organisations, including leading the migration from AX2009 to D365 for Altex, one of Romania’s largest retailers, and managing complex system optimisation at Pepco, a major European retailer. He led greenfield D365 implementations for Autolus in the pharmaceutical sector and for Patagonia’s European Commerce operations. At HIAS, he advised on a global case management system for refugee registration, shaping future D365 strategy. As Project Manager and Solution Architect for Oxfam International, he designed a global financial template and unified ERP system. Steve also contributed expert solutions across manufacturing and finance for Williams Advanced Engineering's F1 projects.
