Steve is an experienced ERP, change management and operations professional with more than 20 years’ experience across manufacturing, retail and the not-for-profit sector. He has led major system implementations and continuous improvement programmes, including global product launches and migrations from SAP to Microsoft Dynamics. A certified Microsoft Technology Specialist, Steve combines hands-on delivery experience with a strong understanding of how to align business processes and technology to reduce costs, improve customer satisfaction and deliver measurable returns.
Steve has held senior Dynamics 365 roles across international organisations. His work includes leading ERP migrations and system optimisation for major retailers, delivering greenfield implementations for organisations in the pharmaceutical and commerce sectors, and advising an international humanitarian organisation on its case management and future technology strategy. He has also designed a global finance template and unified ERP system for a large international charity, and provided manufacturing and finance expertise to high-performance engineering projects.
